Eterno Connect reads incoming and outgoing invoices and bank data, from Billit or another program, and prepares the bookkeeping entries and the VAT return. The accountant reviews instead of retyping.

Belgium is introducing mandatory time registration, and on large construction sites you already have to register attendance. Eterno Time is built for this, so that you and your team do not have to work out how it works.

Scan the spot, clock in

Scan the QR code of the workshop, the office or the site with Eterno Time. The app recognises the place and clocks you in, or switches place if you are already working. If you scan the government's Checkinatwork code, the app also takes you to the official login on socialsecurity.be. Eterno Time does not pass anything on to Checkinatwork directly: you log in yourself with itsme or eID.

About us

Why we built this ourselves.

At ETERNO, an interior and renovation company in Bruges, we were looking for a simple way to track hours, sites and quotes. The existing tools were too complicated for a team on site, too generic for the way we work, or not available in the languages of our people. So we built our own tools: simple enough for someone with dusty hands on a phone, complete enough to invoice.
